Upon purchasing a course and gaining access to our platform, you agree to the following return policy:
1.1 Paid Courses
For paid courses, a refund of 50% of the amount paid is possible within 14 days of gaining access to the platform, provided that you have not accessed more than 15% of the course content. After 14 days of gaining access to the platform, you lose the right to a refund. Refund requests must be made in writing to admin@uni380.com.
1.2 Free Courses
For free courses, there are no refunds as the courses are provided at no cost. The person just uses them.

2. Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Use the course in person and not transfer course access or course content to third parties.

- Not post advertisements, commercial messages, or spam that is not related to the course.
- Not use obscene expressions, sexually explicit content, or make statements that are intended to provoke a sharp reaction from other course participants.
In the event of a violation of your responsibilities, or in the event of late payment, UNI380 may terminate the agreement early, stop providing services, and block access to the course materials and platform. In this case, no funds will be returned.
3. Changes to Return Policy
UNI380 Online School reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
